Residential Program
The Residential Program provides supervised community home living for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. This program is provided through 11 different managed homes. This program is important because it provides multiple services which include intensive 24-hour care living arrangements, supported living arrangements, and respite services. This program also encourages individuals to live an active and fulfilling life, and to explore new and interesting activities every day. The outcomes of this program include improved care coordination and efficiency, improved quality care, risk mitigation and increased safety.
